I record all of my sessions, whether by Phone or Zoom.  This gives me the opportunity to offer my clients a digital mp3 recording of their session.  You need to have a computer in order to download the recording.  You cannot download directly to your phone or tablet.

There is so much information that is presented during a session, it is difficult to remember everything.  Being able to listen to the session again gives clients the opportunity to direct their attention to other aspects of the messages and information that maybe weren't focused on initially.  And the messages and the information that were focused on during the session are often heard in a slightly different way the second time.  It provides another layer of understanding to be given to the session. 

Because we are all our own worst critics and judge ourselves more harshly and unfairly than we would anyone else who we love and care about, working at the Soul level while within the Akashic Records, gives us the opportunity to shift our perspective in order to see and know how truly we are loved by the Universe and by our own Soul!

Having a recording of your session, to listen to at your convenience, also gives you the opportunity to listen to what transpired from a slightly different perspective.  You can be in more of an "observer mode" rather than directly involved.  Often when a client hears themselves speaking emotionally about their issues and concerns, there is a feeling of compassion and understanding for themselves that emerges - those feelings that are usually only reserved for, and given to, others who they care deeply about. 

I edit the recording of the session to eliminate any "dead air" and also any conversation and "chit-chat" that isn't actually relevant to the session.  That way, you have a recording that is purely what transpired during our time working within your Akashic Records.  This makes it a much more powerful listening and learning experience.

Since I keep all session recordings for three years, if you somehow lose your recording - no worries!!  I'll be happy to send you the recording of your session again.
